The TwistMax-4S is a fully automatic 4-axis twisting and tape-wrapping machine designed for high-precision processing of multi-core wires up to 15 meters. Engineered for high-volume production, it integrates synchronized servo-driven twisting, configurable tape wrapping, and advanced tension control to ensure consistent and reliable output.
4-Axis Synchronized Servo Control Precision servo motors manage twisting and wrapping with superior stability and ±0.1 mm accuracy.
Adjustable Twisting Pitch (10–100 mm) Allows fine-tuning based on application requirements and cable specifications.
High-Speed Operation Twisting speeds up to 1500 RPM and wrapping speeds up to 1200 RPM for maximum productivity.
Configurable Wrapping Styles Supports spiral and overlapping wrapping with adjustable overlap ratios (30%–70%).
