The TwistMax-2 is a fully automatic 2-axis twisting machine engineered for precise and efficient processing of multi-core wires. Designed for automotive, industrial, and signal cable applications, it delivers consistent and uniform twisting for cable lengths up to 15 meters. With optional tape-wrapping capability, servo-driven motion control, and a compact, durable build, the TwistMax-2 provides an ideal solution for high-volume production environments.

2-Axis Servo-Controlled Twisting Ensures synchronized, uniform twisting performance across multi-core wires.
Adjustable Twisting Pitch (10–100 mm) Supports a variety of cable structures and design specifications.
High-Speed Performance Twist at speeds up to 1500 RPM and optionally wrap at 1200 RPM.
Optional Tape Wrapping Module Supports spiral and overlapping wrapping modes, suitable for various insulation and protection requirements.
