The TwistMax-1 is a fully automatic 1-axis twisting machine engineered for precision processing of multi-core wires with optional tape-wrapping functionality. Ideal for automotive, industrial, and signal cable manufacturing, the TwistMax-1 delivers stable, uniform twisting for cable lengths up to 15 meters. With servo-driven control, advanced tension management, and a compact, durable design, it offers reliable performance in continuous production environments.

1-Axis Servo-Controlled Twisting Provides synchronized, stable twisting for consistent cable geometry.
Adjustable Twisting Pitch (10–100 mm) Easily configurable for various cable structures and application requirements.
High-Speed Performance Twisting speed up to 1500 RPM and optional tape-wrapping speed up to 1200 RPM.
Optional Tape-Wrapping Function Supports spiral and overlapping wrapping with adjustable overlap ratio (30%–70%).
