The BraidStrip-7009 is a fully automated, high-precision processing system designed specifically for aluminum-foil shielded and braided-shield cables, such as electric-vehicle high-voltage cables and multi-layer shielded power cables.Equipped with CNC parameter-controlled motion and a five-station synchronized processing platform, the BraidStrip-7009 integrates outer jacket stripping, laser foil removal, braid cutting, shield flipping.
CNC Automatic Adjustment: Fully CNC-controlled positioning for high accuracy and fast changeover.
Laser Foil Removal: Clean, non-contact laser processing with 2 mm minimum retention.
Precision Braid Handling: Stable braid cutting and flipping with 5–30 mm retention range.
